Middlethorpe Hall Wedding
Back in April we were photographing Emma and Chris’s wedding at Middlethorpe Hall in York.
The weather was absolutely fantastic on the day, everyone seemed to have a good day and the venue/staff were brilliant.
Emma had asked us to try and capture a photo of Chris and her dad playing chess, we managed to do this just before dinner and although they look like they’re in the midst of a game it was only a set up shot!
During the evening there was an old fashioned type writer in the corner of the room and guests were asked to leave messages for the bride and groom using this method, this seemed to create quite a bit of fun along with some masks and a polaroid left on the table.
Things like these always seem to go down well with guests and it’s also a good photo opportunity for us too!
