Red Lion, Burnsall, October 2009!

Weddingson February 24th, 2010No Comments

I seem to remember posting a while back saying that we were playing catch up with blogging about weddings at the back end of last year – well we’ve still got a few left. We’ll get there soon I promise and sorry if anyone is thinking we’ve missed their wedding!

Anyway, we’ve just shipped a superb 50 side Jorgensen album to Brenda and Matt whos wedding we shot in torrential rain last October. The weather didn’t put the dampeners on their day and everyone had a fantastic time at the lovely Red Lion in the Yorkshire Dales.

Back working with Jeremy and the Team.

Last week we were back at the Jeremy Bridgeman Salon in Harrogate for a shoot. I was completely full of cold and managed to hide it pretty well, as soon as we packed all our gear up and got in the car I thought I was about to expire – anyway, as luck would have it I survived and have now managed to process a couple of files!

Featured Wedding in Woman’s Own Magazine!

Things we like, Weddingson February 15th, 2010No Comments

We’ve had a number of weddings featured in national magazines (which is fantastic) and when Woman’s Own contacted us last year wanting to feature Jessica & Davids superb wedding at The Star Inn, Harome, we were really happy to submit our images.
So, if you’re in the newsagents and are looking for something to read, pick up a copy and see our famous couple on page 26!

We were contacted by Rock My Wedding a couple of months back now, they really liked our work and wanted to feature some of the cool weddings we’ve shot.

It’s great to see a British wedding blog covering all the kinds of cool stuff we usually see on the American blogs.

Big thanks to Francesca and Michael for allowing us to submit their wedding images!

Pack Shots

Other types of photographyon February 4th, 2010No Comments

If you’re a regular visitor to the blog may I take this opportunity to apologise for the lack of posts over the last couple of weeks. We’re currently working on a ‘secret project’ that we’ll soon be blogging about – but for the moment, you’ve heard nothing, OK?

So to keep you entertained whilst we sort out images from previous weddings you haven’t seen yet, and process images from a hectic weekend at the end of January that saw us covering two weddings back to back (one in Twickenham and one in Harrogate) we’ll post some other stuff.

We’re often asked whether we do ‘other types of photography’ and the answer is yes! Product shots, often referred to as pack shots are one of the ‘other types of photography’ that we occasionally shoot. So, with that in mind here’s our first post of ‘other types of photography’ – more of which we’ll post in the next few weeks.
